Independent midwife in Gloucestershire

Antenatal and postnatal care, gentle birth reflections, pregnancy yoga and nidrã with Oli Silverwood-Cope

Hello. I’m Oli, an experienced midwife, qualified doula and yoga teacher, currently training in Somatic Experiencing®.

My work brings together modern midwifery knowledge, ancient birth wisdom, an understanding of physiology, trauma, the nervous system and the body’s innate capacity to heal.

I believe birth is a sacred and powerful portal, and that every person who goes through it should be genuinely known and cared for throughout, in the individual way that they need.

If you'd like to know more about how I work you can read my ‘CV as a blog’, The long way home
